An NHL Player Shows Up To His Team’s Halloween Party In Blackface

Last night, the Phoenix Coyotes’ Paul Bissonnette (you know, this guy) posted pictures from his team’s Halloween party. The most attention-getting photo was of teammate Raffi Torres, who went as Jay-Z. Here’s what Torres looks like normally. Yeah.

Paul Bissonnette’s Twitter Girls, Or: Portrait Of A Young Single Athlete

Yesterday, we wrote about Phoenix Coyotes forward Paul Bissonnette and his penchant for tweeting photos of girls he’s out with. Some of these photos include messages with vague allusions to schtupping.

In addition updating his followers on his social life, Paul also has a layered and intricate system for picking up girls on Twitter (if the girl is hot, he messages them) which we dubbed the P.A.U.L. system. If one takes a trip through Bissonnette’s yfrog account, which hosts the photos that he tweets, one would see many photos of many attractive women. While there’s no way to know which of these women he’s romantically involved with (i.e. boinking), and some of them are most likely friends or acquaintances, one would assume that at least a few are beneficiaries of said system. And when you tweet out some photos with messages alluding to hanky panky, your yfrog account becomes a kind of digital scrapbook of your sex life.

Having Sex With Your Female Twitter Followers: An Athlete’s How-To Guide

Paul Bissonnette is a forward on the Phoenix Coyotes. He is also very popular on Twitter, sporting nearly 135,000 followers. That second piece of information, the one about Twitter, is important for our purposes here.

Bissonnette, like most young men, likes to go on dates with pretty girls. There are three things about his situation, though, that make him unique among the mid-20s Phoenix dating pool. One is his income (terms of the two-year contract he signed in 2010 were not initially disclosed, but CapGeek places its value at $1.225 million). Another is the fact that he’s a pro athlete. The third is that Twitter account.
