President Obama Got Plenty Of Support At The Verizon Center Tonight

Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle were in attendance as the USA Men’s Basketball team took on (and almost lost to) Brazil tonight. After getting denied on the Kiss Cam, the President took his leave of the game, and the fans were sorry to see him go. In fact, it sounds like they want him around for at least another four years.
Meanwhile, Team USA persevered through a shaky performance to beat Brazil, 80-69, a far cry from their blow out of the Dominican Republic. An 11-point win might not seem like much, but at least they weren’t embarrassed at home in front of the baller-in-chief.
Strangely, the people in attendance (or, at least, those who support Obama) chanted that despite the fact that he was clearly cutting out early to beat traffic. This is the President you want, America*? For shame.
(*Yes, I know, many people do not want four more years of Barack Obama. Go with it for the sake of the article, okay?)
