Today is day two of the Team USA Basketball training sessions in Las Vegas, which is trying to whittle down a roster of 19 top-flight NBA players into the team that will compete in the FIBA World Cup next month. You can watch today’s entire session on NBATV, as per the USA Basketball Twitter page:

We’ve already seen some pretty awesome highlights from day one, particularly of Derrick Rose, who looks ready to jump through the roof. Kevin Durant is a lock for the team, but who else will make it? Here’s the preliminary list of players, which is notably missing guys like LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Blake Griffin, LaMarcus Aldridge and Kevin Love (via the Sun-Times):
