Cycling – such a peaceful activity. It’s an intense workout, sure, but it’s also just you and nature. You’re out there getting fresh air, enjoying the scenery, and…

…possibly getting run over by an antelope. The cyclist involved in the scary incident above is Evan van der Spuy, and luckily, he made it out okay. His helmet? That was another story.
