Can you remember an NFL without Tom Brady?
Neither can I.
With the Patriots quarterback about to play in his eleventh appearance in an AFC Championship game, it's nearly impossible to remember a time when No. 12 wasn't relevant in the playoffs.
But four Super Bowl wins and 17 seasons ago, that was the case. There was a time when the man who is now in the discussion for the best quarterback of all time wasn't even on the radar in the NFL.
Here's a reminder of just how obscure Brady was before his rise to greatness.

Oh, how far we've come.
To be fair there was no way to predict that a Michigan State quarterback drafted in the seventh round would go on to appear in six SuperBowls, win four and change the direction of a franchise.
Even still, whoever wrote that power rankings must feel pretty dumb in hindsight.
