Bears Versus Giants? Yes, Please!
Computer crash… gotta love the blue screen of death. That's where I was yesterday, but I'm up and running again… for now. So, let's hit all of the positions today and…
Let’s deal ‘em up!

It's getting harder to find value at quarterback of late. I do see one that is less than $8,000 with the best matchup out there… but also, it's a bit of a risk. Huh? Explain. Okay, I will. Jay Cutler faces the Giants, at home on Thursday night. No team is allowing more points per game by a good margin. However, there is the risk. If the Bears get up early, we could see a lot of Matt Forte and Michael Bush with Cutler passing less. Nevertheless, given the Giants secondary, Cutler could put up 2-3 scores in the first half alone. At $7,400, I like his value.
Somehow, DeMarco Murray is still just $6,500. I don't get it. Only six RBs average more per game, and one is Le'Veon Bell whose stats are skewed by his one two-TD game. No running back ahead of him costs less than $1,100 more. Plus, it the Redskins defense on tap! Speaking of Bell, the Jets defense has been stout against the run, but he will cost you just $5,500. Not necessarily a risk I am going to take, but the price makes Bell intriguing.
Justin Blackmon proved talent trumps time missed, and thankfully for Cecil Shorts and him, Chad Henne is back at QB. Blackmon is just $6,800 and the top scorer per game at WR. Sure, that won't continue, but the Jags are facing the Broncos, and they certainly aren't dominating because of defense. I don't want to go crazy stacking Bears (as Matt Forte is rather appealing) but Alshon Jeffery is awfully enticing at $5,800 and facing those Giants. Another quality play is Pierre Garcon against the Cowboys. He costs more ($6,800) but would help break up the Bears.
There is a bit of a concern with Jordan Cameron now that Brandon Weeden is back at QB for the Browns. While that makes me wait a week until I auto-plug him in again, there is a very good backup plan out there: Antonio Gates. Not only has Gates reconnected with Philip Rivers, but he actually costs $200 less than Cameron. If you want to go a bit cheaper still, Garrett Graham has three TDs already and sees a big boost with Owen Daniels out.
