There isn’t much to like tonight, unless you want to play some risk/reward options… and even then, you may be getting a bit too cute. Starting at QB, Brian Hoyer is playing well, and the Bills pass defense is certainly one of the weaker units in the league. At $6,600, his price is certainly intriguing, but you had better load the rest of your lineup with studs if you are rolling the dice on Hoyer. C.J. Spiller is questionable, so you simply can’t take the risk. Fred Jackson will cost just $6,200, and if Spiller is out, he is a tempting option. The Browns defense is strong, but a lead RB with a full workload gives you more opportunity for production, and the Bills need their run game to succeed. At receiver, Josh Gordon is the obvious choice, and he is the one player I would consider strongly tonight. His price is $6,300, which is the most for any player tonight, but he is averaging 23.5 PPG, and the Bills secondary should struggle to contain him. They should also struggle with Jordan Cameron, who is putting up Jimmy Graham type numbers, but as much as I love the guy, I can’t see spending $7,200 on my tight end. When Jason Witten, Tony Gonzalez and the studly Antonio Gates are all cheaper – and Gates at just $6,000 – there are better ways you can spend your money.
