‘Full House’ Cast Tucks Donald Trump Into Bed
"The Tonight Show" is back in Los Angeles for the week, which as you might expect, gives the show's bookers increased access to washed up television stars who will drop everything to reprise their role as (insert outdated pop culture reference). Tuesday night, those sorry SOBs were the Tanner family from ABC's "Full House," which ran from 1987 to 1995 before its cast ran for the greener pastures, including cameos in weed movies (Saget), "Skating With Celebrities" (Coulier), or yogurt commercials (Stamos). Suffice it to say these people weren't too busy to answer when Jimmy Fallon called asking them to drive to Burbank and tuck him into bed while in character as Donald Trump.
Full disclosure: it was totally worth it and hilarious and all of them looked surprisingly great (Lori Loughlin...wow). Fallon's Trump essentially played both Olsen twins -- the only cast members who weren't there -- as he sat up in his cute little bed working through some of the stuff that's been on his mind lately.
"I know how we can keep her out," Trump said about annoying next door neighbor Kimmy Gibbler. "We need to build a giant wall."
Netflix's "Full House" series sequel "Fuller House" debuts on February 26th.
