Hulk Hogan Talks About His Character’s Penis Size In Court
Terry Bollea's $100 million lawsuit against Gawker Media began this week, with Monday's opening statements producing their own memorable moments, namely, the defense invoked the Holocaust.
Yep, you read that correctly. A lawsuit regarding a pro wrestler's sextape was immediately compared to one of the worst atrocities in human history.
“Mr. Denton grew up with parents who’ve seen first-hand what happens when speech is suppressed,” Gawker's lawyer Michael Berry told the court. “He wants the public to have the simple, unvarnished truth … the unvarnished truth about public figures.”
Tuesday, things got even crazier. Here's a taste...
"Terry Bollea does not have a 10 inch penis, but Hulk Hogan does"
Hulk Hogan just said this under oath.

If you're struggling to figure out why the penis size of a fictional character is in any way relevant to a $100 million lawsuit, let us help. Hogan wants to distance himself from the statements he made immediately following the tape's release, when he seemed to brag about his sexual exploits. Those statements -- given to Howard Stern and TMZ Live -- undermine his legal team's core argument that his life has been irrevocably changed because of Gawker's decision to post the video. “I haven’t been able to get back up to who I was before," he testified. "I’m not the same person I was since all this craziness happened.”
The subtext is clear: Terry Bollea is claiming that he can't achieve the same quality of erection since the tape's release. If he's indicated anything to the contrary, it was Hulk Hogan talking.
Welcome to the American legal system, folks.
