How many Riverside High Schools are there in America? Probably millions (citation needed). But only one of them counts today.
The Oakland, Iowa school is down by 1 in this game vs. Missouri Valley with 1.3 seconds remaining. The Missouri Valley player misses his second free throw, and Riverside's Brent Pendgraft grabs the rebound, sets his feet and lets it fly -- a nearly full-court shot that has absolutely no chance of goin ... WTF?

"We were fortunate that he missed the free throw," Pendgraft said. "Mason Emge tipped it over to me, I got the ball in my hands, looked at the hoop and threw it with a prayer -- and it went in.
"Speechless," he said. "All I can think is just 'wow.' Everyone was excited and pumped. I just didn't know what to think. It was so amazing."
It's hard to tell in the video, but witnesses say that Pendgraft actually threw a curve with the basketball.
Bonus: it was Riverside's first league win in more than a full calendar year.
