Oh Boy: New Orlando MLS Stadium Has A ‘Designated Smoke Device Section’
Here ya go NFL: the answer to your sagging ratings. The Orlando City Soccer Club played host to New York City FC on Monday during the opening week of the MLS season, in which the new Orlando City Stadium showcased some of its features.
Yep, as seen below, the stadium has a designated smoke device section. It's an attempt I guess to brinf a little bit of South American/Eastern European flair to the MLS, which I'm not sure is an entirely good thing, but then again who doesn't like exploding stuff?

The smoke is slightly outrageous! Joe Bendik completely hidden. pic.twitter.com/wk64FWQxYz

And this is cool -- Orlando's stadium also had a section in tribute to the victim of the Pulse Nightclub shooting.

Actually that's 40 seats, but still great.
Orlando won 1-0, but it wasn't all smiles in Florida. A sheriff's deputy was punched and choked by fans following the game, and had to be hospitalized.
