Texas Double-A Team To Put A River In The Outfield

The Frisco Roughriders are the Double-A Texas League affiliate of the Texas Rangers, and it seems that all along they have had one agenda -- to make their ballpark just like Willie Wonka's Chocolate Factory. To that end, the team has announced plans to install a river in their outfield.
It's a "lazy river" to be precise, which will be beyond the outfield wall, as you see in this diagram.
I assume that it's going to be filled with inner tubes, bathers and occasional ducks and other waterfowl, who will take slow, meandering laps around the outfield as players swelter down on the field.
Right now the area has a standard swimming pool. But the new river will feature eight-foot waterfalls large enough to display projected images and advertisements.
