The Bills are primed to cover against the Colts on Saturday
In the first game of this year’s playoffs, the Bills host the Colts on Saturday afternoon in chilly Buffalo. The bills are -6.5 point favorites and will have the Bills mafia in attendance as fans will be allowed to be in the stands for the first time this season. The Mafia alone is probably worth a point or two on their own. While it does seem like a lot of points to lay in a playoff game, the Bills come into this one on fire. The last time Buffalo was not just wholly dominant was back in November when they lost to the Cardinals on that Hail Murray play between Kyler and DeAndre Hopkins. Since that heartbreaking loss, Buffalo has been just on feeding on teams by ten or more points.
Yes, this is a respectable Colts team that is very well-coached. However, Philip Rivers will have enough to keep up with Josh Allen and that high powered offense, which he doesn’t really have the tools to do anymore. The Bills have been able to do whatever they want on offense lately, and while the Colts have a great defense, they will be very difficult to slow down. Frank Reich will throw everything, including the kitchen hot wing fryer at the Bills, in his return to Buffalo, but it’s going to be a challenging homecoming. The Bills will get it done on Saturday and win by at least -6.5 points.
