Andre Ellington’s price took a dive and is a nice value play vs. Falcons
After watching Monday Night Football, we need something quick to make us enjoy the league again. Maybe Thursday’s game will help, or maybe we’ll have to wait until the weekend. Whatever it is, it’ll be too long of a wait.
Here are some value plays for the coming week at DraftKings.com.
Carson Palmer, $5,500.
He’s at home, going against a poor Falcons defense that hasn’t really stopped anyone. He’s cheap and definitely better than Weeden this week.
Eddie Lacy, $6,100.
I’m not sure Lacy is getting the respect he deserves, yet. He’s had at least 22 carries in three straight games and now gets the Vikings. 100 yards and another TD are not out of the question here.
Andre Ellington, $3,000.
This is the break out game we’ve been waiting for. After three straight games against top rush defenses, Ellington is prepared to put in big numbers against the Falcons.
DeSean Jackson, $6,700.
All of a sudden DJax’s price has taken a nose dive at DK out of nowhere. Vick will probably back and there will be plenty of holes against the Giants as seen in Week 5.
Jarrett Boykin, $4,500.
Even with James Jones returns, Boykin is still a steal at this number getting a lot of Cobb’s old looks. Plus, Finley is out now, as well.
Terrance Williams, $4,900.
Way too cheap for how many looks he’s getting.
Jordan Reed, $4,300.
He barely gained in price which makes no sense. There will be tons of passing in this game and Reed caught nine of nine targets last week. Yes.
Broncos DEF, $3,000.
Maybe the cheapest, usable defense. RGIII will be forced to pass a lot and so far, that has produced turnovers. Denver is a little better than Chicago, as well.
