BOOZER CONTINUES TO DOMINATE YET HIS PRICE STILL FELL
For all those missing some Daily basketball on Monday, it’s back in action for Tuesday with 10 games set to tip. Even better, the likes of the Heat, Knicks, Thunder and Lakers are all playing. As usual, I like to find value at all positions whether through injury or the price just not being right.
Carlos Boozer, PF/C, Bulls (vs. TOR)
$7,500 at DraftKings.com
$7,900 at FanDuel.com
The Bulls are still dealing with a ton of injuries to their frontcourt which means Boozer will continue to be a big part of the Bulls. They’ll play the Raptors at home which almost guarantees 40 Fantasy Points for Boozer, at least.
Damien Wilkins, G/F, 76ers (at BKN)
$4,900 at DraftKings.com
$5,100 at FanDuel.com
Wilkins continues to get plenty of minutes and the Nets actually aren’t that great of a defensive team. He’s been getting close to 30 FP per game and that should be the case in this game. Even though his price has jumped because of his play, he still is a nice value pick.
Steve Blake, G, Lakers (vs. NO)
$3,600 at DraftKings.com
$3,600 at FanDuel.com
Once again, Blake will be getting the start for the injured Steve Nash. Sure, he won’t put up amazing numbers, but when he gets close to 40 minutes of action, his price is hard to argue.
Jeremy Lin, G, Rockets (vs. PHX)
$6,200 at DraftKings.com
$6,000 at FanDuel.com
The Rockets are going to get a lot of points in this game and Lin has been a great value play lately averaging close to 40 FP over the last four games. What are the odds Phoenix will be able to stop him and James Harden? Very slim.
David Lee, PF/C, Warriors (vs. MIN)
$8,200 at DraftKings.com
$8,600 at FanDuel.com
The fact that he’s more than $1,000 less than teammate Stephan Curry is reason enough to get him. Curry is a great player, but for cheaper Lee can provide the same overall points in the Fantasy game. You can still get Curry, I’m just saying Lee should be added as well.
Kirk Hinrich has been a model of consistency lately… Jimmy Butler will continue to start… Carmelo Anthony has been on fire and will be on plenty of teams… the same can be said about Russell Westbrook… and due to injuries, Chris Andersen has seen good minutes playing for the Heat.
