Keenan Allen still provides value
As expected, Thursday's night game was intriguing. Not the prettiest, but it provided some entertainment. Now for the weekend NFL action. Values are from DraftKings.com.
Cam Newton, $9,200.
Here’s another juicy matchup for Cam against the Falcons, who are just reeling at the moment. I like Aaron Rodgers, as well, but the Packers have been running more which is killing some Rodgers stock.
Mike Tolbert, $3,800.
Baller on a budget. DeAngelo Williams is battling injury and Jonathan Stewart hasn’t played all season. As said above, this is a good matchup for the Panthers.
Danny Woodhead, $5,600.
He’s going to get at LEAST five catches, plus whatever yards there is so 15 points is probably the minimum here. Pretty safe play.
Keenan Allen, $4,600.
As I said previously, Allen is way too cheap. You know the Chargers are going to throw against the putrid Redskins defense. This is a simple play and Allen could be in for a big day.
Jordy Nelson, $8,200.
The Bears are beatable and you know Rodgers will have to throw at some point. Nelson is his best option.
Josh Gordon, $6,500. (flex)
Jason Campbell looked decent last week and neither of them played against the Ravens the first time around. Not a bad choice. Alshon Jeffery can also be looked at.
Jordan Reed, $5,000.
He has 17 receptions in the past two games, which stands for gold in PPR leagues.
Kai Forbath, $3,000.
Disappointed mightily last week, but this one should provide more opportunities... hopefully.
Cowboys DEF, $3,400.
Umm… it’s the Vikings.
