Eddie Lacy is slowly becoming a top 10 RB
After the ever-exciting Thursday night game, it's time for the weekend. There are a few games that stand out in the points department like WAS/DEN, DAL/DET and maybe even PHI/NYG so focus on players from those teams if possible. Maybe not so much the Giants, though.
My lineup from DraftKings.com below contains some big value plays (Palmer), but also some easy plays (Dez, DJax, Bush).
Carson Palmer, $5,500.
I said it earlier in the week. Palmer is at home, going against a poor Falcons defense that hasn’t really stopped anyone. He’s cheap and definitely better than Weeden this week.
Reggie Bush, $7,300.
There will be points here and Bush will get plenty of touches. Hasn’t been that great lately, but I’ll take him for this price any day in one of the highest over/unders of the week.
Eddie Lacy, $6,100.
If he’s going to be catching passes, Lacy is a bargain. Expect 20-plus touches from him again, against a poor defense.
Jarrett Boykin, $4,500.
This kid is a complete steal. James Jones is likely to miss another game and Finley is now out. Boykin will be open plenty once again. Steal.
Dez Bryant, $8,200.
Points all around. The Lions aren’t great against No. 1 WRs which is why Bryant gets my vote.
DeSean Jackson, $6,700.
Tore up the Giants a couple weeks ago and gets Vick back at QB. Might as well hope for another dominant outing.
Jordan Reed, $4,300.
I liked him last week and I’ll take him again. No reason why his price shouldn’t be higher.
Kai Forbath, $3,100.
The ‘Skins should move the ball just fine against the Broncos and Forbath will get chances.
Saints DEF, $3,800.
The cheap options are slim, but the Saints are sure to produce. Coming off a bye week, at home and they get the Bills. Money.
