HABS-LEAFS MIGHT BE A FANTASY FIESTA ON OPENING NIGHT
For Tuesday, Oct. 1, there are thre games in the National Hockey League. The Washington-Chicago (8:00pm ET) is nationally televised on NBC Sports Network.
It is Opening Night in the NHL, and there will be tremendous excitement in Chicago, Edmonton and Montreal as the puck drops for six teams. For Fantasy players, it is a night of hope and excitement, but also a little bit of uncertainty. We'll try to help you dominate the competition as best we can.
The Toronto Maple Leafs have won five of their past six trips to Bell Centre in Montreal, and the road team has posted victories in eight of the past 10 meetings in this series.

THESE SEVEN WILL BE HEAVENLY
Dave Bolland, C, Toronto ($3100 at MTL): Bolland will make his debut in blue and white, and he might try to endear himself to his teammates with a little rough stuff. However, he also has the tools to make a splash offensively, too. At this low price, he is worth a look.
Alex Galchenyuk, C, Montreal ($4200 vs TOR): Galchenyuk managed just one assist and nine shots on goal in five games against the Maple Leafs last season, but he is a young player trending upward, and he could get off to a quick start.
Evander Kane, LW, Winnipeg ($5800 at EDM): Kane is tremendously gifted offensively, and he also is no stranger to the penalty box.
Brandon Prust, LW, Montreal ($2400 vs TOR): Prust could be very inactive in this latest installment of an Original Six rivalry. Prust showed a deft scoring touch at times last season, and he also has a mean streak. It's a nice combination in a potentially chippy game, especially at this low price.
James Reimer, G, Toronto ($5000 at MTL): Reports have been circulating that Reimer, not newcomer Jonathan Bernier, would get the starting nod between the pipes in Montreal. Reimer would come at a cheap price, especially given Toronto's success in Montreal recently.
Devin Setoguchi, RW, Winnipeg ($3900 at EDM): Setoguchi is a nice addition to the Jets, a team which has a solid young nucleus. A quick start by Winnipeg is possible, and Setoguchi could be a big part.
P.K. Subban, D, Montreal ($5400 vs TOR): Subban is another player with that special combination of offensive talent and a penchant for picking up penalty minutes in bunches. In a gritty game, Subban could rack up a lot of Fantasy points.
