OK, I stole this one from that dude, but he makes a good point. Think of how they do their Google Finance pages, and now imagine that with all sorts of player stats on clean pages, with graphs and everything else they could provide. To be fair, Google Hangouts is probably the best way to do a draft online so everyone can see each other – and you’d get it recorded.
When I say Microsoft, I actually mean the Xbox One, which would allow everyone to do their drafts like they’re in the same living room. Have a layout just like their NFL layout, with the scores on the side (that can be your team) and a ticker across the bottom, showing the draft picks that have been made and who’s coming up. You could even set up one person’s video as the “host” for the Mel Kiper Jr. effect.
Buffalo Wild Wings
I know they already do drafts there, but it has always puzzled me why these big sports bar chains haven’t come up with a weekly game that rewards people that come back weekly for gameday Sundays. Plus, their Mango Habanero wings are the Giancarlo Stanton of buffalo wing sauces.
The Sporting News
Why would I choose The Sporting News? Well, consider that this magazine was once the bible for Fantasy Baseball players everywhere, as they would always publish boxscores and stats. Sure, they provide content now from the good guys at FantasyAlarm.com, but these guys should have been what CBS.SportsLine became in the late ‘90s. They should’ve been at the forefront of the Fantasy industry online – but they weren’t.
