Outside of Draft Day, the best way to improve your team is by making big trades. Sure, you have the waiver wire to work, but let’s be honest, your team is probably horrible if you have the top picks, and if you are doing pretty good, you are so far down on the waiver wire order, you’re not going to get a star.
Having great Fantasy Football trade tools at your disposal is a great way to dominate your competition!
That’s why I tracked down some of my favorite trade tools, most of which are free!

5 Great Fantasy Football Trade Tools!
Links don’t work in the slide show, so after the first two I mention below, I added the URLs at the bottom of those in the slide show. If that doesn’t work, just feel free to Google the names of the tools and they should be the first results listed.
This is part of the “My Playbook” feature – just one of about six great tools you can use to make your team much better (Waiver Wire Assistant, Research Assistant, Multi-League Assistant, etc.).
For the Trade Analyzer, you can pull up any team, show which player you are thinking about trading, then pick which players you’d like in return, and it will show you the percentages of how this will help or hurt your teams.
This is awesome because it does all the work for you. It looks through your team’s strengths and weaknesses, and through the strengths and weaknesses of other teams, then it matches you up so that both of you come out a winner. (Actually, that’s just for the Win-Win option, which looks for matches that mutually benefit the trade partners.)
It’ll also find you players with easier schedules than specific players you’re trying to move at the same position. It can help you track down players that are underperforming, which could be potential “Buy Low” candidates in a trade. Finally, you can use this tool to find bench players on other teams that could start on your team.
