Keith Langlois tweeted out the starting lineups for the Detroit Pistons and Los Angeles Lakers game on Thursday night. It looks like Blake Griffin has been cleared to play, although he continues with load management relating to a left knee injury. Anthony Davis was previously ruled out with a quad injury.
The Pistons have been managing Griffin’s usage this season, as the power forward continues to resolve ongoing knee issues. However, it appears that the injuries are impacting Griffin’s production. He’s started 13 of 18 games for the Pistons, and he’s fourth on the team with 12.3 points per game. His effectiveness has certainly dropped off recently, as he’s shooting 32.4% over his last four games while averaging 9.0 points per game. Griffin has a $5,500 salary at FanDuel tonight.
The Pistons are in tough against the defending champs. They’ll tip off as 7.5 underdogs with a total set at 214.5.
