Buccaneers Wide Receiver Mike Evans Spotted At Practice During Walk-Through Session

Buccaneers’ wide receiver Mike Evans was briefly spotted during Tampa Bay’s walk-through, which was open to the media. The fact that he was in attendance is at least a step in the right direction if he’s to play on Saturday in their Wild Card game. Kyle Burger of ABC Action News shared some footage of Evans coming out on the practice field, perhaps with a slight limp on his left leg where he suffered the hyperextension to his knee.
I like Antonio Brown as a DFS play whether Evans suits up or not. There’s a decent chance that if Evans does play, he’ll be limited or could be used as a decoy. Tom Brady has enough rapport working with Brown, albeit briefly in New England and now in Tampa Bay, that I’m confident he has a great deal of trust in getting him the ball. Who can forget the touching story of Brady giving Brown three shovel passes in the final two minutes against the Falcons so he can reach 45 receptions on the season and collect a $250,000 bonus.
Evans is listed at $7,600 over at FanDuel, while Brown is much more economically priced at $6,500.
