The Cavaliers released a lengthy injury report in advance of Thursday’s game vs. the Grizzlies. Garland has officially been ruled out with a shoulder injury after initially being listed as doubtful, while Matthew Dellavedova remains out with a concussion. Collin Sexton and Damyean Dotson have also been listed as questionable, while Kevin Love will miss a few more weeks with a calf injury.
That leaves the Cavaliers in a tough spot vs. the Grizzlies on Thursday. Their offense has been putrid with Love and Garland off the court this season, averaging just 94.6 points per 100 possessions. Sexton has carried the scoring load for the Cavs this season – he’s scored at least 20 points in each of their first eight games – so they could struggle to crack 80 points if he’s ultimately ruled out.
The Cavaliers are currently listed as six-point underdogs on FanDuel Sportsbook, while the total sits at just 208.5 points.
