Jimmy Butler (Ankle) Ruled Out Wednesday vs. Bucks
December 30Matt LaMarcaSportsGrid
Butler has been ruled out for Wednesday’s rematch vs. the Bucks, which will mark his third consecutive missed game. The Heat were absolutely demolished without Butler on Tuesday, losing by a final margin of 144-97. They also allowed the Bucks to make 29 3-pointers in that contest, which broke the previous record for made 3-pointers in a single game. Unsurprisingly, the Bucks are currently listed as six-point road favorites on FanDuel Sportsbook for Wednesday’s matchup.
With Butler out of the lineup, look for Goran Dragic and Tyler Herro to lead the way offensively. Dragic has increased his usage rate by a team-high +2.7% with Butler off the court this season, while Herro has averaged 0.86 FanDuel points per minute in that situation. Herro is playing nearly five additional minutes as a starter this season, so he has the potential to be one of the best values of the day at just $4,500 on FanDuel.
