John Wall will miss second straight game on Saturday vs. Spurs
John Wall has already been ruled out for Saturday’s game against the Spurs. It’s never good news when a player is labeled not to suit up a full day before the game, but here we are. Wall also missed the Rockets Thursday night’s win over San Antonio with soreness in his left knee. The Rockets are severely depleted after the James Harden trade, as the parts they received back won’t likely make their Houston debut yet. Dante Exum is out for at least the next few weeks with a calf injury, while Victor Oladipo and Rodions Kurucs have yet to be cleared to suit up for the Rockets. Eric Gordon is also questionable with lower leg pain, so expect Sterling Brown and Ben McLemore to see significant minutes again. Brown is the better play after putting up 23 points, seven boards, two steals, and three triples on Thursday against the Spurs. Brown is available in nearly all leagues and will carry a very cap-friendly price tag at FanDuel DFS.
