Lakers dynamic duo of Lebron James and Anthony Davis both questionable Friday vs. Bulls
The Lakers may be without both of their superstars when the hook up with the Bulls on Friday night. LeBron James is still nursing that ankle sprain as the Lakers go into the second leg of a back-to-back. While LA may want to rest their best player, it remains to be seen as LeBron has yet to miss a game this season.
Anthony Davis is in the same boat. AD is dealing with a strained adductor and could very well be sat out against a below-average Chicago team. This was the same scenario that played out ahead of the Lakers game with San Antonio on Thursday night. Both men were game-time decisions, and both played to combine for 50 of LA’s 109 points in the home-court upset loss to the Spurs. It’s hard to imagine either guy wants to sit following a loss at home but make sure you check closer to tip before making any decisions.
If one or both players sit, Montrezl Harrell and Dennis Schroder will be focal points in the team’s offense.
