Sacramento Kings starting power forward Marvin Bagley is active Sunday night against the New Orleans Pelicans, while Hassan Whiteside is out, as confirmed by Sean Cunningham.
Bagley has started all 13 games for the Kings but was questionable ahead of Sunday’s game with left wrist soreness. Bagley is fifth among starters in points per game, although he leads the Kings with 7.6 rebounds per game. He’s stepped things up offensively though, averaging 15.0 points per game over his last six. Bagley is in the bargain bin at FanDuel with a $5,700 salary. Whiteside, one of the Kings’ more responsible defenders, is out with left hip soreness.
The Kings are +2.5 with a game total of 226.5. Take note — the Kings have gone over in six of their last seven home games.
