Michael Porter Jr. Ruled Out Thursday vs. Mavericks

It appeared as though Porter Jr. was set to return to the court Thursday vs. the Mavericks, but he has been downgraded to out. This will be Porter Jr.’s fourth straight missed game due to health and safety protocols.
With Porter Jr. out of the lineup again, expect Will Barton to draw another start. He’s started each of the past three games in his stead and is coming off an excellent 36.9 FanDuel-point performance in his last outing. He’s been priced up a bit on FanDuel, but he remains an appealing DFS target.
Jamal Murray should also continue to benefit from an increased workload. He’s increased his usage rate by +1.1% with Porter Jr. off the court this season, resulting in an average of 1.03 FanDuel points per minute. He finished with at least 46.3 FanDuel points in his first two games without Porter Jr. before a disastrous 16.7 FanDuel-point performance in his last outing.
