Reggie Bullock Out Sunday vs Portland Trail Blazers
January 24Grant WhiteSportsGrid
The New York Knicks will be without starting shooting guard Reggie Bullock when they take on the Portland Trail Blazers Sunday night. Steve Popper notes that Bullock is out with neck soreness, but Austin Rivers and Frank Ntilikina are both available.
Bullock hasn’t been a huge contributor offensively for the Knicks. He’s averaging 8.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game on the season. Alec Burks is likely to start in Bullock’s absence. Burks has been largely ineffective since returning from a left ankle injury. He’s averaging 10.0 points per game on 23.8% shooting through two games. Burks carries a $9,000 salary on FanDuel’s single-game slate tonight.
New York is in the middle of a four-game western road trip. They knocked off the Golden State Warriors before losing to the Sacramento Kings. The Knicks are +4 with a total set at 215.5 tonight against the Blazers.
