Stefon Diggs and Cole Beasley are both expected to play Saturday versus the Colts. Diggs and Beasley were both questionable coming into the game, Diggs with an oblique injury and Beasley with a knee issue. The Bills will be playing their first home playoff game in over 25 years.
Diggs has been fantastic his first season in Buffalo with 127 receptions for 1,535 yards and eight touchdowns. He has given the team the legitimate number one wide receiver they had been lacking and forces opposing teams to cover every yard of the field. Diggs may be one of the biggest reasons that quarterback Josh Allen has taken a considerable step from inconsistent quarterback to one of the best in the NFL.
Beasley was injured in the second to last game of the season and didn’t play in Week 17. He also had a much better 2020 campaign than expected, with 82 receptions for 967 yards and four scores. Beasley can be a nightmare for opposing defenses as they worry about stopping the deep pass to receivers like John Brown and Diggs; Beasley is free to roam underneath and cause damage.
