ProFootballTalk is reporting that Tyreek Hill did not practice on Wednesday due to tightness in his hamstring. Hamstrings can be tricky injuries for any athlete, let alone one who depends on their speed as much as Hill does. Kansas City is already down one starter this week, with Clyde Edwards-Helaire likely to miss the rest of the regular season due to an ankle and hip injury. Chiefs head coach, Andy Reid, doesn’t seem too concerned about Hill, telling Sam McDowell of the Kansas City Star, “I think he’s going to be okay.”
The Chiefs take on the Falcons this week and the line opened with Kansas City as high as 13-point favorites. That line is already down to 10.5, so some of the early movement might be injury-related considering that the bulk of the early tickets are siding with the Chiefs despite their 1-5 record against the spread in their last six games.
Hill’s status is currently listed as questionable at FanDuel with a price tag of $9,400.
