John Kasich Says The Day After The Super Bowl Should Be A Holiday

Kasich is so America it hurts.
While Donald Trump may be trying to "Make America Great Again" and Bryce Harper may be trying to "Make Baseball Fun Again", John Kasich is just humming along doing things that just seem to make sense.
Ever since we were in elementary school, we never really understood why we had to go to class and our parents had to go to work the day after the Super Bowl. The game was on late, ~115 million people were watching and then the next morning nobody wanted to learn or work. We just wanted to talk about the game, the commercials, and the food that we ate. It seemed like such common sense to us to just be able to have that day off. With the Super Bowl now in February, we thought making President's Day just be the day after the Super Bowl every year would solve this problem. It's just moving up the holiday one week! Finally someone of some importance agrees with us.
John Kasich was on the Dan Patrick show and Patrick asked him the question. Kasich entirely agreed and suggested it's something he could look to get done in his first 100 days. And since we are canceling days of school and work for sports related events, the first Thursday (and/or first Friday) of the NCAA Tournament seems like an obvious day off to give workers.
Perhaps if he would have mentioned this small idea about the Super Bowl in any of the 187 debates, Kasich would be higher in the polls.
