Where to focus?
In a slate of games dominated by pitching, it will be important tonight to find a few offenses with exploitable matchups. Lucky for us, those actually exist. Your eyes should first gravitate to the Chicago Cubs on the road in Miller Park tonight. The Cubs are getting a solid positive park shift tonight and have the luxury of facing right-hander Chase Anderson. For Anderson, things couldn't be worse. So far this season he's allowed more than two home runs per nine innings, while walking over three hitters per nine. The Cubs are the most patient and one of the most powerful offenses in the league and putting runners on base in front of anyone in this lineup is a dangerous recipe. Couple in the fact that Anderson is a fly ball pitcher and things get even better for the Cubbies. An implied run total of over five runs puts nearly every hitter in play, but wait to see what Joe Maddon does with his lineup as the Cubs might be able to unlock value tonight at FantasyDraft. The studs: Anthony Rizzo ($10,500), Kris Bryant ($9,600), Dexter Fowler ($9,600) could potentially be flanked by valuable resources like Javier Baez ($6,600), Tommy La Stella ($6,400) or even the struggling Jorge Soler ($7,200). If Maddon makes it happen, this is where you can focus tonight.
