Joel Embiid is questionable for Sunday’s Philadelphia 76ers matchup with the Indiana Pacers.
Embiid was listed as questionable with a back injury, which has been bothering him throughout the season. He has been an essential part of the 76ers’ production, averaging 31 minutes, 28 points, 11 rebounds and three assists in 16 games this season. He also leads the team with a 32.3% usage rate.
Expect Dwight Howard and Tony Bradley to benefit if Embiid is unable to play. Dwight Howard started for Embiid, playing in a 119-104 loss to the Detroit Pistons on Jan. 25. Howard played 24 minutes, scoring five points and four rebounds.
