Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reports Taysom Hill will be unlikely to play in the New Orleans Saints’ matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday.
Hill, listed as questionable with a knee injury, was able to practice Friday.
A multipurpose option for the Saints, Hill appeared in 16 games, starting in eight. He posted a 3-1 record as a quarterback, starting for the injured Drew Brees, passing for 928 yards and four touchdowns. He has also rushed for 457 yards and eight touchdowns, scoring most recently in a Week 17 33-7 win against the Carolina Panthers.
The Saints are a 2.5-point home favorite against the Buccaneers on FanDuel Sportsbook, in a game with a 52.5 total.
