Packers Emerge as Super Bowl Favorites Heading Into Conference Championship Round
Now that the dust has settled in the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs, a new Super Bowl favorite has emerged. Though the Kansas City Chiefs have been considered the favorites for pretty much the entire season, the Green Bay Packers have officially surpassed them, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
Packers Super Bowl Odds
Green Bay has a pretty slim lead, however. The Packers are available at +185 to win it all, edging out the Chiefs (+210) and the Buffalo Bills (+260). Green Bay’s opponent in the NFC Championship, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, are available at +400 to hoist the Lombardi Trophy.
With Patrick Mahomes’ status up in the air after suffering a concussion in the Divisional Round, this shift makes a ton of sense. And it certainly doesn’t hurt that Green Bay blew the doors off the Los Angeles Rams, winning 32-18, while Kansas City narrowly topped the Cleveland Browns, 22-17.
We’re still a week away from the Conference Championship games, however, and these odds will surely continue to shift as the week progresses.
