NFL DFS Strategy: Drew Dinkmeyer’s Week 14 Fanduel Lineup Review
Drew Dinkmeyer's NFL Week 14 Fanduel Lineup Review
In case you missed it, DailyRoto co-founder Drew Dinkmeyer had another massive week on Fanduel, following up his $350k Week 11 with a $400k Week 14. One key piece of my NFL DFS strategy is to analyze the winning lineups each week and try to back into what led those DFS players onto specific plays in a given week. Luckily for us, we don't have to guess this time as Drew breaks down his lineups and the thought process that went into his critical decisions.
It was a rare week where Drew had multiple unique lineups finish at the top of some of the biggest and baddest GPPs on Fanduel, as pieces of Drew's core exploded.
- Running Back Todd Gurley II was a core play across many of Drew's lineups and produced 27 Fanduel points.
- Wide Receivers Deandre Hopkins and Keenan Allen were also common plays both by Drew and the broader DFS community. While Allen just missed a touchdown, falling down at the half yard line, his 16 points were enough when combined with DeAndre Hopkins explosive day.
- Trey Burton was a late sleeper, catching 2 TDs in a shootout between the Eagles and Rams. With Zach Ertz not being confirmed as injured until late, Drew was able to capture him at low ownership.
