Even Golf Announcers Are Getting In Their Shots At Donald Trump
We are officially on week away from the presidential election. We agree. Just writing that sentence was cathartic. But hopefully in eight days from now, we will be rid of bad Donald Trump insults, done with too easy Donald Trump jokes, and done with Hillary Clinton's email scandal (just kidding, that one will go on for all of eternity). However, since we still have another few days to make jokes about our two best candidates for president of the free world, we throw it to NBC's golf coverage.
In last weekend's World Golf Championships, in which Hideki Matsuyama dominated, Xin-jun Zhang had a chip from right off the green and it wasn't an easy shot. The ball was tough to see and would have been better placed had it been prompted up right in the sand trap near the hole. As Zhang went to take the difficult chip, the NBC announcer made it clear just how tough the shot was.
..."Sort of like Donald Trump's head back there and this is like a bad combover, and horrible, and I can't see it, and he can't see it.
One week people. One week.
