Trump, Santa Claus Watch Jason Day Win The Barclays
There are many things I've never liked about Santa -- his refusal to avoid fried foods, his stubborn opposition to any common sense minimum wage legislation, his tendency to skip France altogether. But now that I know he's a golf fan and a Donald Trump supporter, that's all the impetus I need to finally become Jewish.
Unfortunately we're missing the bigger picture here, however. Jason Day pulled away with a 62 today to take a six-stroke victory at The Barclays at 19-under 261, his second straight win (he won the PGA Championship two weeks ago).
But during his clinching round, this happened.

You know technically, Santa is not in this country legally -- unless he's got a passport in those stretch pants. Search 'im, boys. (Santa wrestled to ground by security).

Day holed a 30-foot birdie across the green on the par-3 14th, and rolled in a birdie from 35 feet on the 15th to stretch his lead to five shots. He's is tied for Jordan Spieth with four wins on the PGA Tour this year, though two of those for Spieth were the Masters and U.S. Open.
With his second straight victory, and fourth of the year, Day remains at No. 3 in the world but now enters the picture with Spieth and Rory McIlroy for golf supremacy. All three will have a mathematical chance to get to No. 1 at the Deutsche Bank Championship next week at the TPC Boston.
"It's been a special summer for me, and it's not over," Day said. "To be able to play the way I did over the weekend is fantastic. Today was just phenomenal golf."
I hate Trump because he made me defend Megyn Kelly, the same woman who insisted Santa Claus is white.
