Cubs Release Video Of Schwarber HR Ball Being Encased Atop Scoreboard

Look, no one wants the Cubs to win the World Series more than I do -- except the majority of Illinois. But they may have taken things too far. If civilizations from other worlds are watching us right now, what are they to make of this?
As you know, Kyle Schwarber's home run ball from Tuesday is still on top of the Wrigley Field scoreboard, where it landed during the clinching Game 4 victory. And the Cubs plan to keep it there throughout the playoffs. On Wednesday they encased it in Plexiglass -- this is true -- and filmed the entire process.
Please forgive the Cubs, it's just that they are strangers to success. Take their ticket prices.
As you saw above, the average ticket price of a Wrigley NLCS ticket is $1,325 -- twice the price of the previous record-holder ('12 Giants, $652). One would think that the Cubs would be the last organization to price out the common fan, but no. Turns out they're at least twice as greedy as the rest of baseball.
