Cubs Set MLB Record: 6 HRs In A Postseason Game (Final: Chi 8, StL 6)
Dexter Fowler just homered for Chicago in the bottom of the eighth, which is the sixth bomb in this homerfest for the Cubs, who lead the Cardinals 8-4 in Game 3 of the NLDS. Earlier, Kris Bryant and Anthony Rizzo, who had both been hitless in the postseason before today, hit back-to-back homers in the fifth to break a 2-all tie, and the Cubs took a 5-2 lead.
The folks in Wrigley Field seem to approve.
