Let’s See What Ridiculous Custom Vehicle Yoenis Cespedes Drove To Mets Practice Today
The Mets are hoping that their big investment in Yoenis Cespedes pays off like it did last season -- only without the soggy playoff numbers. He had 66 hits in only 57 games for the Mets during the regular season in 2015 after coming over from the Tigers on July 31 -- with 17 homers and 44 RBI. But in the playoffs he hit only .222.
So the jury's out on his bat, but not on his choice of transportation. On Tuesday he arrived at the first official day of spring practice in a $61,000 customized Polaris Singshot. Today? A $300,000 custom Lamborghini Aventador. In Mets colors.
