Mets Fan Calls In To Let Mike Francesa Know He’s Living In A Glass Case Of Emotion [UPDATE]
Just when you started to get onboard the 2015 New York Mets' bandwagon, this doofus calls in to Mike Francesa's WFAN show and lets everyone know that Mets fans are, by and large, just as entitled and insufferable as Yankees fans.
Sure, following the Mets can't be easy, but come on, the series is still tied 1-1 with the L.A. Dodgers heading back to Queens for games three and four of the NLDS. Things could be way worse. It could be last year. Or the year before that. Ruben Tejada's leg was a tough break (pun intended), but the MLB did you a solid by attempting to mitigate the damage with their two-game suspension of Chase Utley for his dirty little slide into second on Saturday night. Just relax and watch the series unfold. This is supposed to be fun. Get it together, bruh.
You're an adult. Don't call into a radio show crying about Matt Harvey's do-or-die start on Tuesday.
-- Mike had Will back on "da prograam tuday" to invite him to watch Game 3 of the NLDS at Citi Field with the Sports Pope himself. Will was speechless.
-- Will is in the building...
