Night At The Museum: Cubs’ Edwards Chooses Dinosaurs Over Trump
People are flipping out over the Cubs' Albert Almora (allegedly) flipping off President Trump in the Oval Office on Wednesday. But to me the real story here is teammate Carl Edwards Jr., who gave the finger to Trump in much more oblique fashion.

There was much wailing and gnashing of teeth by Cubs' fans when it was announced that Joe Maddon and some members of the team would visit Trump. The informal gathering (the entire team visited President Obama at the White House in an official visit last year) was set up by the Ricketts family, the owners of the team who are big-time Republican donors.
It's not clear how many Cubs' players actually attended, but one of them was not Edwards.
Rizzo is there. Many players are not. Saw Lester, Lackey, Almora. Most of coaching staff.

This is a really hard day to cheer against Carl Edwards Jr. and Albert Almora.
