So MLB superstart Albert Pujols is selling his 9,239 square foot, five bedroom home estate in Irvine’s secluded Shady Canyon for $7.75 million dollars, and you better believe that the listing includes a picture of a bathroom in which a Mike Trout poster is on full display.
Pujols, while known best as a former Cardinal, now plays for the Angels in Anaheim; and presumably put the poster up to prank the young buck who many consider to be the best player in all of American baseball.
Or he just really loves staring at Trout while he brushes his teeth.
Either way, the house is unsurprisingly spectacular. According to the Shady Canyon Real Estate listing, Pujol’s former residence includes the following features:
- 5 bedrooms
- 8 bathrooms
- home theater
- wine cellar
- large custom pool
- fire pit
- beautiful views of the canyon, city lights, golf course and hills
Sounds like your standard celebrity pad, which is to say I wouldnt not live there…
Sidenote: Is it weird that I feel like nealy $8 million should buy you more than just five bedrooms? I don’t know. I’m not dropping that much money for anything less than seven…but that’s just me. I also live in a studio in Santa Monica so what the hell do I know?
