DFS NASCAR: Big Machine Vodka 400 at the Brickyard Cup Series Picks
NASCAR CUP SERIES PICKS OF THE WEEK FOR BIG MACHINE VODKA 400 AT THE BRICKYARDTOP THREE TOP PRICED PICKS:1: Kyle Busch ($11,700 on DraftKings, $14,000 on FanDuel) – Busch has won two of the last three races at the Brickyard and has placed outside of the Top 10 only three times in 14 starts at the site. He also has the best Driver Rating (106.9) and third-best Average Running Position since 2005 (10.8). Busch has shown in recent races that he is the driver to beat.2: Kevin Harvick ($12,200 on DraftKings, $13,700 on FanDuel) – Harvick has placed eighth or better in each of the last four Indianapolis races. He's been consistent with the most Top 10 finishes this season (21) including each of the last seven races, which were on a variety of tracks. Harvick will finish in the Top 10 with a good chance of placing in the Top 5 based on history and overall performance this season.3: Kyle Larson ($11,300 on DraftKings, $12,800 on FanDuel) – Larson has three Top 10 finishes in four starts at Indianapolis. He has the Second-best Average Running Position (9.9), Highest percentage of Laps in the Top 15 (88.5%), and fifth-best Driver Rating (96.8) of all drivers since 2005. Indianapolis is a good track for Larson and he will finish in the Top 10.TOP THREE ABOVE $9,000 AND BELOW $10,000 PICKS:1: Chase Elliott ($9,200 on DraftKings, $11,200 on FanDuel) – Elliott's best finish at Indianapolis is 15th, but he has been one of the hottest drivers with finishes of ninth or better in the last six races this season. Elliott has plenty of momentum going into this week's race and his increased experience since his last start makes him one of the better overall picks.2: Ryan Blaney ($9,500 on DraftKings, $9,800 on FanDuel) – Blaney led six laps before wrecking late in last year's race at Indianapolis. He is in improved equipment this season and has placed in the Top 10 in four of the last seven races.3: Brad Keselowski ($9,800 on DraftKings, $11,700 on FanDuel) – Keselowski led 23 laps and finished second in last year's race at the Brickyard and won last week's Cup event at Darlington. He has four Top 10 finishes in eight starts at Indianapolis and is picking up momentum at the right time. Keselowski is one of the better drivers to consider for lineups this week.TOP THREE ABOVE $8,000 AND BELOW $9,000 PICKS:1: Joey Logano ($8,600 on DraftKings, $12,500 on FanDuel) – Logano has placed in the Top 10 in each of the last five Indy races and led laps in four of the last five. He also has finished in the Top 10 in the last three races this season. Indy is a good track for Logano and he is picking up momentum at a good time, making him a solid play in DraftKings lineups particularly.2: Erik Jones ($8,400 on DraftKings, $10,200 on FanDuel) – He led 10 laps before wrecking late in last year's race at Indianapolis. He is in improved equipment and scored eight Top 10 finishes in the last 10 races this season. Jones is one of this season's most consistent drivers and owners must expect another strong result at the Brickyard.3: Jimmie Johnson ($8,200 on DraftKings, $9,200 on FanDuel) – Johnson is still on the NASCAR Playoffs bubble, therefore he cannot afford to have any terrible results this week. He competed for the win in last year's race at Indianapolis before wrecking late. He has five Top 15 finishes in the last six Brickyard races and because of the history and playoff circumstances, Johnson is one to consider.TOP DRIVERS TO NOTE $8,000 AND BELOW:Daniel Suarez ($7,500 on DraftKings, $8,700 on FanDuel) – Suarez placed seventh in last year's race at Indianapolis and he has four Top 20 finishes in the last five races this season.Ryan Newman ($7,200 on DraftKings, $9,000 on FanDuel) – Newman is a former Indianapolis winner who has placed 11th or better in three of his last four races at the Brickyard.William Byron ($6,800 on DraftKings, $7,900 on FanDuel) – Byron is making his first start at Indianapolis in the Cup Series. He won the Xfinity Series race at the site last season and the team he joined this season, Hendrick Motorsports, won this race a year ago with Kasey Kahne.Paul Menard ($6,700 on DraftKings, $7,300 on FanDuel) – Indianapolis is the site of Menard's only Cup Series victory. He also is in improved equipment this season and has placed in the Top 20 in three of the last six races.Chris Buescher ($6,500 on DraftKings, $6,700 on FanDuel) – Buescher placed 14th and ninth in the previous two races at Indianapolis, respectively.Matt DiBenedetto ($5,400 on DraftKings, $5,000 on FanDuel) – He placed eighth in last year's race at Indianapolis. He has two Top 25 finishes in the last three races this season.
