A-LISTING: DeAndre Jordan Is Selling His $12.4 Million Seaside Mansion
It should come as absolutely no surprise to you that Los Angeles Clippers star DeAndre Jordan lives in the lap of luxury, but in case you do feel the need for proof, you need look no further than the Trulia listing for his $12.4 million Pacific Palisades mansion.
The 7-foot tall 28-year old has apparently outgrown his 10,500 square foot behemoth of a home, which is on the market and ready for the taking...if you are a gajillionaire that loves basketball and can find a reason to use two different pools, that is.
We've profiled multiple celebrity homes in the past that have all been incredible, but Jordan's gorgeous mansion nestled into the seaside cliffs of the gate Palisades Riviera community is truly in a class of its own. Which is to say that you should prepare to drool, because this home is legitimately jaw-dropping.
Why yes, that that absolutely is a startlingly beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. Thank you for asking.
Now if you're surprised that Jordan has decided to leave this oasis of heavenly living, you're not the only one. According to Trulia's blog write-up on the property, he will actually lose money on the sale. He just recently bought the brand new mansion for $12.7 million in September of 2015.
It's not just a priceless view of the ocean and the skyline that Jordan is selling off either. According to the blog, the palatial 7-bedroom, 10-bathroom home has just about everything you could possibly imagine fitting into a house:
"Step inside the grand two-story entry, and you’re exposed to deluxe amenities, including a professional theater with stadium seating, a temperature-controlled wine room, and a private indoor spa area with its own exercise pool and gym. A gourmet kitchen featuring a center island opens to an expansive family room with Fleetwood pocket doors, intricately detailed ceilings, and a cozy fireplace. In the master suite, you can step onto the oversized balcony overlooking the incredible views..."
YOU CAN SEE THAT VIEW FROM THE MASTER, MY FRIENDS.
Here are the additional features that have yet to be mentioned:
Pool and spa with cascading water accents
Drought-resistant turf play area (obviously)
Extensive smart-home and security features
And just so that you can experience what I experienced when I first saw this, please take a look at this bathroom with what appears to be a pool-sized jacuzzi tub of sorts that will remain in my dreams forever.
