Clippers’ Blake Griffin Gets Taken Down by Mavericks Player a Foot Shorter Than Him

Clippers’ Blake Griffin Gets Taken Down by Mavericks Player a Foot Shorter Than Him

This is a true David and Goliath story if I’ve ever seen one.

The Clippers’ Blake Griffin and the Mavericks’ J.J. Barea got into it last night on the court. It’s not out of the ordinary to see some heated exchanges on the basketball court, just ask Draymond Green.

What makes this confrontation unique and hilarious is the fact that the 6-foot-10 Griffin got shoved to the ground by the 5-foot-11 Barea.

That’s nearly an entire foot of height difference!

Now, it’s entirely possible that Griffin was off balance and Barea’s lower center of gravity helped tip him over. Then, again I’m not a physicist.

Whether it was feistiness or a Napoleon complex, Barea pulled off an impressive feat even if it was completely unnecessary.

Better size ’em up better next time, Blake!
