Fan Pushed Off Second Deck Of Oracle Arena During Fight — In Critical Condition
With tickets in Oracle Arena for Sunday's Game 7 of the NBA Finals going for as much as $50,000 each, folks were generally well behaved -- some people have paid less than that for their first house. But in the upper deck it was business as usual, and drinking (we assume) and loutish behavior resulted in a rather scary incident.
Two fans engaged in a fight at the end of the game that resulted in one of them getting tossed off of the second deck. SFist:
The fan, a man in his early 20s, was in critical but stable condition at Highland Hospital in Oakland, authorities said. He fell from the second deck to the first deck, apparently after another fan pushed him, Oakland police spokeswoman Officer Johnna Watson said.
Police were interviewing witnesses and reviewing surveillance footage late Sunday. No arrests were made as of 9:30 p.m., according to the San Jose Mercury News.

Otherwise there were relatively few incidents inside or outside Oracle following the game, save for a report of someone "firing off a Roman candle in the parking lot." Sad, really.
