Kendrick Perkins Kicked Joakim Noah Out Of Thunder Locker Room
December 19 / Rick Chandler / SportsGrid
I've covered the NBA, and I've never seen a player in an opposing team's locker room, other than for a quick pop-in handshake kind of a deal. But apparently the Bulls' Joakim Noah showed up and wanted to hang in the Oklahoma Thunder locker room on Thursday, following OKC's 107-95 win. Here's how that turned out:
Oklahoma guard Thabo Sefolosha invited Noah to the locker room, according to this, because they played together on the Bulls. It's all just kind of funny: did Thabo think this was a Rec League game? Who goes in the other team's locker room after an NBA game? If I'd just lost by 12 I'd want to get the hell out of there.
Also: Perkins seems like kind of a psycho.
Other OKC players observed, more amused than anything else. But also puzzled about why Jo was in there. Blamed Thabo.
